Realtime Sender provides free temporary file transfers using one-time access codes. Files are automatically deleted after one successful download or after 10 minutes if unused.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, file availability, or transfer speeds.

EU/EEA/UK Users Welcome: Realtime Sender is available to users located in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and the United Kingdom (UK). We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your Rights: As a user from these regions, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data and account

You are solely responsible for any files you upload, share, or download through the service.

You agree not to upload, store, or distribute:

• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Malware, viruses, or malicious software
• Illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other rights

Copyright Enforcement: We actively respond to DMCA takedown notices and will remove infringing content within 24 hours. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated and IP addresses blocked.

Realtime Sender does not actively monitor all uploaded files. However, we reserve the right to remove files, restrict access, or block users if we believe the service is being misused.

Temporary Transfers:

Temporary files are automatically and permanently deleted:

• After one successful download, or
• After 10 minutes if not downloaded

Cloud Storage (administrator use):

Cloud Storage is an internal, administrator-only feature and is not part of the public free service. Where used, stored files persist until they are manually deleted or reach any expiration that is set.

We are not responsible for expired links, deleted files, or failed transfers.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or files
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to data
• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service

Cyber Liability Coverage: Realtime Sender maintains appropriate cybersecurity measures and reserves the right to obtain cyber liability insurance to protect against data breaches, cyber attacks, and privacy violations. This demonstrates our commitment to financial responsibility in the event of security incidents.

Data Protection Measures: We have implemented comprehensive technical and organizational measures to prevent data breaches, including:

• AES-256-GCM encryption for all personal data
• TLS 1.3 for all data transmissions
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Incident response plan with 72-hour notification procedures
• Data retention limits (14 days for logs, immediate file deletion)

GDPR Compliance: We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your rights, you have the right to compensation under Article 82 GDPR. We will cooperate fully with supervisory authorities and affected users to resolve any incidents.

Financial Responsibility: While our liability is limited as stated in Section 6, we maintain the financial capacity to:

• Comply with regulatory fines and penalties (where applicable)
• Compensate users for proven damages resulting from our negligence
• Cover costs of breach remediation and notification
• Fund security improvements post-incident

Limitation of Financial Exposure: Due to our strong encryption and security practices, even in the event of unauthorized access, your personal data remains protected. Encrypted data cannot be read without the encryption keys, significantly reducing potential harm and financial exposure for all parties.

We may suspend or block access to the service if users violate these Terms or engage in abuse, illegal activity, or behavior that threatens the security or stability of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

All payments are processed by Innovative Technology Solutions through Razor Pay. By making a payment, you agree to Razor Pay's terms of service and privacy policy.

Payment terms:

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency before checkout
• Payments are processed securely through Razor Pay's payment gateway
• You must provide accurate billing information
• Unauthorized use of payment methods is prohibited and may result in legal action

Payments: Realtime Sender is free to use. We do not sell paid plans or subscriptions, and we are not accepting contributions or donations at this time, so no charges are made through this website.

Realtime Sender respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our policy includes:

• Notice & Takedown: We will promptly remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material upon receiving valid DMCA notices
• Repeat Infringers: Accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright will be terminated
• Counter-Notification: Users may submit counter-notifications if they believe material was removed in error
• Agent Designation: Our designated agent for DMCA notices can be reached at support@realtimesender.com

• Step 3: Most issues are resolved directly without need for formal disputes

For EU customers, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

For EU/EEA/UK Customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence within the European Union/European Economic Area/United Kingdom, with specific reference to GDPR and EU consumer protection regulations.

For All Other Customers: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
