By using our service, you agree to these terms

1. Description of Service

What we provide

Realtime Sender provides temporary file transfers using one-time access codes. Files are automatically deleted after one successful download or after 5 minutes if unused.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, file availability, or transfer speeds.

2. User Responsibility

What you agree to

You are solely responsible for any files you upload, share, or download through the service.

You agree not to upload, store, or distribute:

  • Copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious software
  • Illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
  • Content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other rights

3. No Monitoring Guarantee

Moderation

Realtime Sender does not actively monitor all uploaded files. However, we reserve the right to remove files, restrict access, or block users if we believe the service is being misused.

4. Automatic File Deletion

Retention

All files are automatically and permanently deleted:

  • After one successful download, or
  • After 5 minutes if not downloaded

We are not responsible for expired links, deleted files, or failed transfers.

5. Limitation of Liability

"As is"

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data or files
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Unauthorized access to data
  • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service

6. Termination of Access

Abuse and violations

We may suspend or block access to the service if users violate these Terms or engage in abuse, illegal activity, or behavior that threatens the security or stability of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

Updates

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Payments

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Innovative Technology Solutions through Razor Pay. By making a payment, you agree to Razor Pay's terms of service and privacy policy.

Payment terms:

  • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency before checkout
  • Payments are processed securely through Razor Pay's payment gateway
  • You must provide accurate billing information
  • Unauthorized use of payment methods is prohibited and may result in legal action
